Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Sydney seeks a Workers’ Compensation claims expert to join our Workplace Risk team. You’ll provide hands-on injury management and advice to support clients’ workplace risk programs.

You will lead outsourced return-to-work, advise on claims strategy, analyse injury trends, and collaborate with partners, driving value while expanding your consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with rehabilitation providers, employers or workers’ compensation agents/insurers.
• Exposure to National Workers’ Compensation arrangements.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organise, prioritise, manage projects and work under pressure.
• Team player who can build credibility and trust.
• Allied Health qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced Return to Work and Injury Management support for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on claims and injury management.
• Engage with strategic partners to deliver value to clients.
• Assist with data analysis on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends.
• Be an active member of the consultancy team and develop knowledge and skills.
