Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the workers' compensation market and related underwriting/policy concepts.
• Ability to interpret workers' compensation legislation and provide concise advice.
• Experience managing a client portfolio or consultancy skills.
• Analytical mindset with data and analytics use; AI experience and Excel skills valued.
• Excellent communication, reporting and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrated drive to succeed and develop professionally.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the national Workplace Risk strategy.
• Input and analyse Workers' Compensation data using proprietary tools and templates.
• Maintain regular client interaction including onsite meetings as required.
• Provide consultancy across premiums, policies and claims.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Assist clients in reducing claims frequency/severity via risk-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Client Service, Claims, and Global & Corporate teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with insurers, regulators and brokers.
