Aon in Australia is seeking a seasoned Return to Work professional to join our national Workplace Risk team and expand our outsourced injury management solution, WorkAon. You will collaborate with insurers, claims agents and rehabilitation providers to improve recovery at work and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in workers' compensation, injury management or return to work.
• Experience working for an employer, insurer, broker or consulting organisation.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation and injury management practices.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Managing return to work and injury management programs for employer clients.
• Developing and reviewing return to work plans.
• Facilitating early intervention and recovery at work strategies with stakeholders.
• Providing oversight of complex and high-risk workers' compensation claims.
• Engaging with insurers and claims agents to drive timely claim outcomes.
• Supporting employers to meet legislative and regulatory obligations.
• Delivering performance reporting, claim reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Using AI and analytics tools to identify claim trends and improve advice quality.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
