Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Dubbo, NSW to support a new contract logistics operation serving the renewable energy sector. This hands-on role blends daily warehousing tasks with inventory control, systems administration and customer support to ensure accurate stock and on-time order fulfilment.

You will work with a small site team, manage inbound receipt, put-away, pick/pack/dispatch, and coordinate with transport providers while undergoing customer-specific

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Strong inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Experience coordinating customer orders and prioritisation.
• Proficiency with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) and RF scanners.
• Current High Risk Work Licence - Forklift (LF).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound receipt and unloading of goods.
• Manage put-away, storage and spare-parts inventory.
• Maintain stock movements, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Process customer orders against priorities and service levels.
• Pick, pack, kit, label and dispatch parts with proper documentation.
• Coordinate returns and non-conforming inventory.
• Arrange movements with transport providers.
• Provide customers with inventory and shipment updates.
• Maintain warehouse master data and operational records.
