You'll bring strong operational leadership experience from an electromechanical, industrial maintenance, technical services, engineering support, warehousing or similarly technically focused environment, underpinned by a relevant technical, vocational or trade qualification, or equivalent demonstrated technical experience.
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic equipment, tooling or industrial assets

Strong judgement and practical problem-solving capability, with the ability to respond effectively to changing and urgent priorities
A collaborative leadership style and strong customer focus.
