CEVA Logistics in Orchard Hills, NSW, is seeking a Fleet Supervisor for our Ground and Rail Transport Division. You will plan and coordinate local and regional PUD operations, ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance, and optimal fleet utilization.

The role offers a 12.5% unsociable hours allowance and a 2pm-10pm schedule plus flexible options. You will lead the Fleet Control team, work with depot supervisors and subcontractors, and drive operational excellence.

Competenze

• Experience supervising transport drivers within freight/logistics.
• Proven track record in team leadership and coaching.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian transport regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Excel.

Mansioni

• Plan and oversee freight delivery to meet DIFOT targets.
• Provide daily guidance and train the Fleet Control team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety.
• Resolve service issues and complete TMS processes on time.
• Coordinate with depots, fleet controllers, and subcontractors.
