Job summary

WorkCover Queensland is seeking a File Release Officer to oversee the secure, accurate, and timely release of claim information to the regulator. In a high-volume environment, you will manage end-to-end preparation, QA and certification of file releases while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with the Regulator review unit is essential. Your role blends technical document management with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities to maintain data

Qualifications

• Experience in records management, information release and document management.
• Understanding of privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with document management systems and PDF editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex information release issues.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulatory requirements accurately.
