Australian Digital Health Agency in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a proactive Release Coordinator (Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra based) to plan and coordinate technology changes across national digital health platforms. You will collaborate with technical experts, project teams, business stakeholders and external service providers to deliver successful implementation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex ICT releases to deadlines.
• Excellent report writing and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to identify risks and issues and enable decision making.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Initiative and adaptability with minimal direction.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology releases across major digital health platforms.
• Collaborate with business, ICT and external vendors.
• Lead planning activities and facilitate delivery meetings.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies for informed decisions.
• Prepare governance briefings, reports and release documentation.
• Contribute to continuous service delivery improvements.
