Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Project Manager for the Technology Transformation (TRAILS Modernisation) in Brisbane CBD on a 4-year contract with hybrid work arrangements. You will lead end-to-end delivery within an Agile, PRINCE2-aligned governance framework.

You’ll plan, coordinate and deliver outcomes, produce governance artefacts, manage budgets and resources, and drive risk and change across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering outcomes for complex technology transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead delivery across large-scale modernisation projects.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver project outcomes within scope, schedule, quality and budget
• Produce key project artefacts in line with governance and assurance requirements
• Coordinate delivery across multiple streams and stakeholder groups (executives, project boards, senior users/suppliers)
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting and assurance activities
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, change and priority management
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocations
• Lead working groups and support delivery teams across the full project lifecycle
• Contribute to comms, change and benefits planning where required
