Job summary

BLACKROC is seeking experienced Project Managers to deliver a major technology modernisation program in Brisbane. You will own end-to-end project delivery across complex tech environments, liaising with technical teams, stakeholders and senior leadership to achieve agreed outcomes.

Working within PRINCE2 governance and Agile delivery practices, you will manage scope, schedules, budgets and risks, coordinating multiple streams and ensuring governance and reporting are robust.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory.
• Experience delivering complex technology transformation projects.
• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology modernisation and transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical delivery teams and work packages across multiple streams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and assurance processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, project boards and technical teams.
• Support change management, communication and benefits realisation activities.
• Ensure project outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
