Job summary

Professional Recruitment Australia – Brisbane QLD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its in-house IT delivery function. The role focuses on data platforms, governance, and delivering programs under PRINCE2 with Agile elements.

You will plan scope, schedule, budget, produce PRINCE2 documentation, manage risks, and lead a project team in a hybrid Brisbane-based setting with a strong governance framework.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).
• Proven delivery of enterprise data platform, data management or data analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across executives, board members, users and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and budget to deliver agreed outcomes on time.
• Produce PRINCE2 project documentation, schedules and status reporting for Project Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests and priorities, keeping governance and assurance in place.
• Develop communication, change management and benefits realisation plans where required.
• Lead and support the project team and manage resource allocations.
