CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Logistics team in Western Australia. Based at Hazelmere, you will coordinate heavy-lift and OOG cargo movements across multimodal supply chains, working with engineers, procurement and HSE to align site readiness and milestones.

You will manage planning, documentation and execution, maintain project records in freight systems, and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers while building strong carrier

Qualifications

• Experience in project logistics or freight forwarding.
• Exposure to heavy-lift or OOG cargo movements.
• Knowledge of incoterms, customs and trade compliance.
• Experience across air, sea, road and rail transport modes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics activities for project cargo, including OOG/heavy-lift moves.
• Support planning and execution across multimodal transport modes.
• Prepare and manage export/import documentation per customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate project files, milestones and records in freight systems.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or issues.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist with costing and logistics planning during bids/proposals.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors and service partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and HSE to align logistics with site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with CEVA standards and regulatory obligations.
