CEVA Logistics in Hazelmere WA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex logistics projects across energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Based at Hazelmere, you will coordinate planning, documentation and execution of heavy-lift and OOG cargo across multimodal supply chains.

You will work with engineering, procurement and HSE teams to align logistics with site readiness, manage supplier relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics operations within freight forwarding or project logistics.
• Exposure to OOG, breakbulk or heavy-lift cargo movements.
• Sound knowledge of incoterms, customs processes and trade compliance.
• Confidence working across multimodal transport environments.
• Experience using CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics activities for assigned project cargo, including OOG and heavy-lift movements.
• Support planning and execution across air, sea, road and rail transport modes.
• Prepare and manage export and import documentation in line with customs and trade requirements.
• Maintain accurate project files, milestones and records within CEVA's freight management systems.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively managing delays and resolving issues.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Support costing and logistics planning activities during bid and proposal stages.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, vendors and service partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and HSE teams to align logistics with site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with CEVA standards, ISO requirements and regulatory obligations.
