Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Project Coordinator in Adelaide to support refurbishment works on two PBSA assets. You will coordinate between the head contractor, internal teams, and residents to keep works on track and properly sequenced, reporting regularly to stakeholders.

The 12-month fixed-term contract offers hands-on exposure to capital works from the client side, with hybrid work options and growth potential within a major developer.

Qualifications

• Qualification (or working towards) in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to build trust across contractors, internal teams and residents.
• Comfort juggling a fast-moving project; live-environment experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Keep two live Adelaide refurbishment projects on track with the head contractor’s delivery against spec and timeline.
• Site visits and inspections; coordinate sequencing around residents and operations.
• Act as the connective tissue between contractor, Greystar teams, Operations and residents; maintain sharp communication and safety.
• Own reporting: progress, quality, and monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and capital partners.
• Support procurement for client-supplied materials and FF&E; assist handovers with Operations and Asset Management.
