Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Project Coordinator to support two Adelaide PBSA refurbishment projects, reporting to the Director of Construction. The role bridges the head contractor, internal teams, and residents to keep works on track.

The ideal candidate may be fresh from a graduate program or have 1–2 years in coordination or assistant PM roles, with a qualification in Construction Management or related fields and strong communication. Hybrid or site-based work may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating refurbishment or capital works projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in live, occupied buildings with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee head contractor delivery against specs and schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to coordinate sequencing.
• Coordinate with Greystar Construction & Development, Operations and residents.
• Own reporting: progress, quality, and reports for stakeholders.
• Support procurement of client-supplied materials and FF&E; assist handovers.
