Greystar is seeking a Project Coordinator to support two live refurbishment projects in Adelaide, coordinating with the head contractor, internal teams and residents to keep works on track. • A qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Early experience in graduate, project coordination or assistant PM roles is encouraged.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to build trust across teams and residents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep two live Adelaide refurbishment projects on track against specifications and timeline.
• Coordinate site visits and inspections with the head contractor to sequence works around residents and operations.
• Act as a communication hub between contractor, Greystar's Construction & Development team, Operations and residents.
• Own reporting including progress, quality and monthly/quarterly updates for stakeholders and capital partners.
• Assist procurement for client-supplied materials and FF&E and support smooth handovers with Operations and Asset Management.
