Job summary

Perpetual Wealth Management is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support the Lead Partner and coordinate marketing, events and communications for NSW, ACT and QLD Private Clients. The role blends administrative excellence with campaign coordination to drive client engagement.

You will manage complex calendars, liaise with agencies and suppliers, draft materials, and help shape local marketing calendars in partnership with central Marketing.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in business administration, marketing, events or a related discipline is desired but not required.
• Strong capability in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Experience in personal assistance, team coordination, marketing coordination or a comparable blended role.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating events and managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including proactive diary management and email handling.
• Coordinate marketing, events and communications activity across NSW, ACT and QLD Private Clients.
• Support and/or lead client events, seminars and partner engagement from concept to delivery.
• Draft and proofread invitations, communications, presentations and collateral.
• Maintain contact lists, event registrations and campaign records.
