• Strong creative judgement paired with analytics.
• Agency or client-side with pitches or new business exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Develop testing frameworks for hooks, concepts and formats.
• Guide teams on automation and algorithm changes.
• Present strategies and performance insights to senior clients.
• Drive growth through new business pitches and client opportunities.
