Qualifications

• Experience in the dental industry and Endodontic focus is important.
• Customer service with phone-based sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident negotiator with a persuasive edge.
• Curious about data and how it informs sales trends.
• MS Office proficiency; Excel skills advantageous.
• Self-starter, team player, resilient, eager to learn.
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted source of in-depth expertise on Henry Schein’s endodontic solutions, supporting customers by phone.
• Build and grow trusted relationships with new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with the wider sales team to build capability, support new and existing business, and bring our “Rely on Us” promise to life.
• Take ownership of monthly and annual sales targets across our endodontic portfolio.
• Use customer insights and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify changes in customer purchasing and reconnect customers with Henry Schein endodontic solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge and share through training for customers and the field sales team.
• Represent Henry Schein at industry events and exhibitions.
