High St Clinic in Enmore, Sydney is seeking an Onboarding and Sales Specialist to convert warm inbound inquiries into booked consultations and guide patients through treatment pathways. You’ll build rapport, educate on processes, and handle objections with empathy in a role designed to improve patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based sales or appointment setting.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Comfort with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound enquiries into booked consultations.
• Build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Educate patients on the High St process and treatment pathways.
• Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
• Complete patient intake information for the clinical team.
• Follow up patients who haven't yet booked or need continuing treatment.
• Work with doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Consistently achieve conversion and performance KPIs.
