Zusammenfassung

Surry Hills Fresh Clinics is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales across NSW, focusing on aesthetic clinics. You will actively build relationships, attend industry events, and partner with clinics to scale their businesses within an ecosystem of services.

You will drive end-to-end sales, leverage your network, and maintain a data-driven pipeline in HubSpot, collaborating with Marketing and Onboarding to ensure a strong first experience for new partners.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of outbound BDM or Account Executive experience in SaaS, professional services, or healthcare.
• Ability to hit and exceed targets with a data-driven approach.
• Passion for aesthetics industry and ability to engage peers and clinicians.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end outbound sales process from first touch to close.
• Represent Fresh at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build pipelines.
• Sell with trust-based partnering, addressing client pain points and ecosystem benefits.
• Test and iterate on engagement angles; adapt messaging by state/region and prospect.
• Maintain a clean HubSpot pipeline and provide forecast visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing for lead quality and Onboarding for smooth client startup.
