Qualifications

• Ability to exercise discretion and judgement in ministerial workflows.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for ministerial documents.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Process ministerial correspondence in accordance with requirements.
• Exercise discretion and judgement within established work practices.
• Provide courier services and manage secure handling of documents and fleet vehicles.
• Provide information and advice to stakeholders under direction.
• Provide helpdesk services through the group mailbox and phone hotline.
• Assist with review and implementation of improvements to systems and processes.
