Responsibilities

• Process ministerial correspondence in accordance with ministerial and departmental requirements
• Exercise discretion and judgement, including escalation where needed
• Provide courier services to ministers’ offices and manage department courier fleet in line with protocols
• Provide information and advice to stakeholders under direction
• Offer helpdesk services through group mailbox and phone hotline
• Assist with review and improvement of systems and processes, and preparation of guidelines for staff
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
