Qualifications

• APS4 level demonstrated capability and alignment withWork level standards.
• Ability to exercise discretion and judgment and escalate matters when needed.
• Provide courier services and ensure secure handling of documents.

Responsibilities

• Process ministerial correspondence in line with ministerial and departmental requirements.
• Provide information and advice to stakeholders under direction.
• Manage workflows via PDMS+ and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support staff by maintaining up-to-date instructions, guidance and templates in PDMS+.
• Maintain a daily courier function to ministers’ offices.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
