Endeavour Group is seeking a Merchandise Training Partner to design, coordinate and deliver strategic training across internal teams and suppliers. You will lead onboarding, UAT readiness, and documentation to ensure seamless integration with core systems.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney, this 15-month fixed-term role focuses on building capability within Merchandise Operations, with strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and measurable training outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Merchandise Operations, Process Improvement, or a related field within liquor or retail.
• Experience designing and delivering training and development programs for varied audiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities across onshore and offshore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain operational documentation.
• Act as the operational lead for merchandise teams and suppliers on key projects.
• Coordinate onboarding for new members and suppliers with coaching support.
• Communicate system changes clearly and resolve queries within 24 hours.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
