Job summary

CPA Australia is seeking a proactive Member Services & Events Executive to deliver memorable experiences for our members through coordinating high-quality events, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day member support. This role is hybrid, permanent part-time (0.7 FTE), with minimum two days in the Canberra office.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events end-to-end.
• Strong customer or stakeholder service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices and expenses.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver a range of member events including conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops and networking functions.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets and stakeholder relationships.
• Support and administer member committees, councils and discussion groups.
• Act as a frontline contact for member enquiries and service delivery.
• Promote membership, events and services to drive engagement.
• Assist with member communications, including event promotions and updates.
• Provide general administrative support to the Canberra office.
