Job summary

SBS is seeking a Sales Support role based in Artarmon, Sydney. You will partner with the Sales Executive team to maximise development opportunities and support day-to-day activities, including proposals, schedules and client reports.

The role is full-time with hybrid work (up to 2 days at home, 3 days in the North Sydney office). Base salary starts at AUD 57,676 and rises to AUD 61,827 after probation; start early January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience providing sales admin support, including creating proposals and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) to prepare documents.
• Ability to build professional relationships and stay well organised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the sales team, from admin duties to creating sales schedules and client proposals.
• Manage TV and Online sales bookings, liaise with clients and media agencies, schedule times and maintain records.
• Monitor digital inventory, develop media schedules, respond to client briefs and assist with online campaign reporting.
• Provide sales support to the general sales team, attend meetings, manage client databases, identify revenue opportunities.
