Job summary

SBS is seeking an entry-level Coordinator in Sydney. This ongoing role, starting in late November, offers on-the-job learning and a path to develop in sales support and campaign coordination.

You will support the Audio Sales and In Language Production Sales teams, manage administrative duties, and prepare proposals and post-campaign reports.

Based in Sydney and working across NSW, Victoria and other states, SBS provides a supportive, results-driven workplace with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Polite and confident communicator with well-developed written, numerical and verbal skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and quality.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and learn new software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a busy sales team with administrative duties and campaign materials.
• Create sales proposals, post-campaign reports and collateral for Audio, In Language Production, TV and Digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pre-empt upcoming needs and ensure readiness.
