Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning Design / Instructional Design in corporate or technical environments.
• Experience in e-learning and blended learning design with in-person materials.
• Experience creating facilitator guides, session plans, assessments, and classroom materials.
• Strong e-learning authoring tool skills and LMS knowledge (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions aligned with strategy and capability needs.
• Create interactive e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and digital assets using authoring tools.
• Develop in-person training materials, including session plans and facilitator guides.
• Design and implement assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform technical content into learner-friendly materials.
• Ensure content integrates with SuccessFactors LMS and other platforms.
• Apply learning design principles to blended delivery (virtual, self-paced, in-person).
• Partner with technology and design teams to enhance UX with multimedia and design thinking.
• Maintain consistency in writing standards, visuals, and instructional approach.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics and learner feedback.
