Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to drive learning across the business, coordinating training needs, programs, providers, communications and our Learning Management System. This hands-on role covers organizing face-to-face and virtual sessions, supporting compliance training, preparing reporting and keeping learning activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience is essential.
• Previous L&D administration experience within a large organisation is essential.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and analytical skills for training data and reporting.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build relationships across the business.
• Well organized with prioritization and clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs, seminars and training activities from scheduling through to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into practical learning plans.
• Support compliance training requirements, communications and reporting for managers and supervisors.
• Work with external training providers to coordinate delivery and update learning materials.
• Maintain LMS, records, and support virtual classrooms and webinars.
