Job summary

First Focus AU is seeking a skilled IT support engineer to resolve tickets across AD, Azure, and cloud platforms. You will balance desk-based support with hands-on onsite work and collaborate with senior engineers to maintain robust environments.

The role requires strong communication, Windows Server and Exchange knowledge, and a valid Australian driver’s license for onsite missions. Hybrid work and full-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AD (Azure-focused) and end-user support
• Solid grasp of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms
• Comfort across the stack—from desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer-focused communication

Responsibilities

• Slaying tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange
• Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks
• Supporting cloud platforms—Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS
• Jumping into project deployments when things get spicy
• Splitting time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work
• Collaborating with senior engineers to keep environments clean and lean
• Travel to client sites for onsite missions (fuel, tolls, parking covered)
