Job summary

4IT Support Pty Ltd in Castle Hill seeks an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to manage end-to-end client issues, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking tasks. You will engage with clients remotely and on-site as needed, upholding a high standard of service.

You’ll join a small Sydney MSP and contribute to broader IT projects while working from the Castle Hill office with some days from home. The role requires at least three years in MSP environments, strong Windows and CCNA-level

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in MSP or similar multi-client environment.
• Strong Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune skills.
• Excellent remote communication and customer-facing skills.
• Solid networking knowledge (CCNA level) including firewall, VPN, VLANs.
• Ability to explain technical issues to business owners and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support for multiple clients, resolving issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint problems and permissions.
• Manage networks including firewalls, VPNs, NAT, VLANs and switches.
• Assist with onboarding, license changes and admin tasks for clients.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and maintain good client relations.
