Job summary

TechConnect IT Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Engineer for a hybrid role supporting end users across Windows and macOS, with strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 and ITIL-aligned processes. The position involves remote support with occasional Gold Coast office collaboration and potential travel.

You will be part of a Managed Services team delivering high-quality IT support across End User Computing, Business Applications and Cloud infrastructure, while prioritising

Qualifications

Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
Proficient with Windows and macOS.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across End User Computing and cloud services.
Log, categorize, prioritize and manage incidents in the ITSM system.
Maintain ownership of tickets through to resolution and communicate with users.
