Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for our Secure Infrastructure team. The role focuses on translating SecOps, cloud platform, and infrastructure requirements into functional specifications, process maps, and test scenarios, while supporting core service delivery and vendor transition activities.

You will collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and SecOps teams to elicit and document requirements, contribute to process improvements, and help manage risk and change

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements for secure infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation and user stories.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable specs.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements for secure infrastructure, SIEM, logging, and cloud controls.
• Assist in building new SecOps processes and manage transitions from vendors.
• Develop business and technical process flows and test scenarios for operational readiness.
• Support risk and change management across infrastructure initiatives.
