Job summary

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will translate complex SecOps, cloud platform, and infrastructure requirements into functional specifications, process maps, and test scenarios, while supporting core service delivery and vendor transition activities.Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and SecOps teams to elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and technical requirements for secure infrastructure, SIEM, logging, and cloud controls.Service Management & Transition Support: Assist the Senior Service Delivery Lead in building new SecOps processes, managing service transitions from incumbent vendors, and tracking deployment milestones.Process & QA Engineering: Develop business and technical process flows, quality assurance criteria, and acceptance test scenarios to validate operational readiness and compliance across platforms.Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies for infrastructure initiatives, assisting with baseline change management and reporting.What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge complex engineering concepts with operational requirements.
