Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge technical SecOps, cloud platform and infrastructure requirements with operational delivery. You will translate complex needs into functional specs, process maps and test scenarios while supporting service delivery and vendor transitions.

You will collaborate with platform engineers, SecOps, and stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes and ensure compliance across environments.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of related experience in a similar environment.
Experience bridging technical platform engineering with operational service delivery.
Ability to document requirements, workflows and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate and document functional and technical requirements for secure infrastructure, SIEM, logging and cloud controls.
Support service delivery and vendor transition activities, track deployment milestones.
Create process maps and QA criteria to validate readiness and compliance.
Identify risks, issues and dependencies for infrastructure initiatives and support change management.
