Infosys Melbourne is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide IT support to users in Melbourne, at client sites or remotely, and to ensure devices remain compliant with the latest patches and OS/hardware/software standards.

The role involves installing and configuring IT infrastructure services, coordinating with vendors, supporting onboarding, and helping uphold security KPIs across locations, with a focus on collaborative, stakeholder-driven IT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users onsite, at client sites, and remote locations.
• Install, configure, and manage IT infrastructure across services.

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (onsite and remote via WebEx).
• Support IT audits and maintain asset inventory.
