Job summary

Tes Australia is seeking an experienced IT Associate Systems Administrator (L2/3) to join the IT Operations team in Perth. You will support staff across Australia and globally, ensuring secure, reliable access to systems, devices and tools.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, systems administration, and continuous improvement. The hybrid setup includes three days in the Perth office and remote collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 2/3 IT Support, Systems Administration or IT Operations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID user administration.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) process for onboarding and offboarding.
• Provision and manage user accounts, permissions and licences across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Coordinate and maintain IT hardware including laptops, peripherals and other end-user devices.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Windows and Mac environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across wired and wireless networks, VPNs and endpoint security solutions.
• Support and administer Office 365, VOIP solutions and other core business applications.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues within the IT Operations team.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to drive timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
