Job summary

Bega Group is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to partner with Woolworths. Based in Melbourne, Sydney, or remote for the right candidate, this hybrid, full-time role focuses on keeping products on shelf and delivering excellent service nationwide.

You'll own your category, work cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial and customer teams, and act as the Woolworths' point of contact. Strong replenishment, SAP experience and Excel reporting are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in replenishment and/or supply/demand planning within FMCG or retail environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in Excel with data reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience leading projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class availability across DCs and stores with replenishment systems and communication.
• Conduct daily root cause analysis to quickly identify and resolve OOS.
• Leverage data insights to strengthen data integrity and implement lasting solutions.
• Achieve days of supply targets through disciplined replenishment and purchasing strategies.
• Manage product allocation, delivery creation, picking, and order dispatch.
• Own NPD critical path within your category.
