Job summary

Workwear Group is seeking a proactive Supply Planner to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products across the品牌 portfolio. You will develop robust supply plans aligned to demand forecasts, balancing availability, cost and speed while driving S&OP improvements.

You will partner with Sourcing and suppliers to optimize inventory and ensure smooth product flows through the WWG network, supporting stock availability KPIs and customer satisfaction across Australia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in supply planning or related planning roles within a national retail/consumer goods environment.
• Experience partnering with overseas vendors with understanding of capacity, MOQ and production cycles.
• Experience in an S&OP/IBP environment is highly regarded.
• Solid understanding of international freight, global lead times and end‑to‑end supply chain flows.
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and inventory planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate supply forecasts across the assigned product portfolio, identifying gaps between demand, supplier capacity and lead times.
• Monitor critical path milestones and manage supply risks in collaboration with Sourcing.
• Create, validate, and manage all Purchase Orders ensuring capacity, lead times, pricing and MOQ accuracy.
• Ensure Purchase Orders meet DC intake timelines and manage changes to resolution.
• Champion inventory health by reviewing stock positions and availability risks, providing insights to uplift performance.
• Build strong partnerships with Sourcing and suppliers to drive performance and alignment to planning windows.
• Provide suppliers with timely forecasts aligned with WWG production cycles.
• Maintain high‑quality master data and support continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
• Contribute to ongoing optimisation of supply planning ways of working to uplift efficiency.
