Job summary

Workwear Group in Australia seeks a skilled Supply Planner to ensure brands deliver the right product at the right time and cost. You will align demand forecasts with WWG’s inventory strategy, balancing availability, cost and speed.

You will contribute to a future-fit planning function, uplift planning capability, and support WWG’s planning windows across the network. The role suits a high-performing planner who embraces change and improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply planning or related planning roles within national support offices, ideally retail or consumer goods.
• Experience partnering with overseas vendors, understanding of supplier capacity, MOQ and production cycles.
• Experience in S&OP or IBP environments is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of international freight, global lead times and end-to-end supply chain flows.
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and inventory planning experience.
• Highly organized team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate supply forecasts across the assigned product portfolio and resolve gaps between demand and capacity.
• Monitor critical path milestones and proactively manage supply risks with the Sourcing team.
• Create, validate and manage all Purchase Orders with capacity, lead times, pricing, and MOQ.
• Ensure PO timelines with DC intake and manage changes through to resolution.
• Champion inventory health by reviewing stock positions and availability risks with insights for uplift.
• Build partnerships with Sourcing and suppliers to drive performance and alignment to planning windows.
• Provide suppliers with timely forecasts aligned with production cycles.
• Maintain high-quality master data and support continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Contribute to optimisation of supply planning ways of working for efficiency and reliability.
