PIL Australia is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to support our Sales team with rate quotations, freight proposals and customer inquiries. You will develop and maintain direct customer relationships, while collaborating with internal teams and overseas agents.

You should be proactive in identifying new opportunities, skilled in CRM use, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced shipping environment. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Sydney.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or sales support.
• Understanding of general shipping practices.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate rate quotations and freight proposals.
• Negotiate rates with the Commercial Team.
• Coordinate and respond to sales leads and customer enquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with allocated customers.
• Follow up sales activities and CRM data.
• Maintain customer rates, rate sheets, contracts and related sales records.
• Support business development through market research and cold calling.
• Follow company processes and deadlines.
