Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Workday payroll configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday EIB, business processes and reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring staff with new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Providing system implementation, administration, functional support and process improvements.
• Work on payroll data maintenance & configuration.
• Integration of payrolls onto a central HRIS system.
• Review payroll processes and systems to recommend improvements.
• Assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integrations between systems.
