Job summary

MGG Health, part of the RSS Global Group, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide hands-on, day-to-day HR support across Australia and New Zealand. The role covers advisory work, recruitment, employee experience, culture, and continuous improvement.

The HR Advisor will partner with leaders, deliver end-to-end recruitment, provide practical HR advice, and support onboarding and people initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor/Generalist partnering with managers and employees.
• Strong knowledge of Australian HR practices and employment legislation.
• Experience across employee relations, HR administration and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide HR advice on employee relations and workplace matters.
• Lead recruitment activities and develop attraction strategies.
• Support onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to build high‑performing teams.
