Sedgwick, a global leader in claims management, invites you to join the Colleague Resources team as an HR Advisor supporting Australia and New Zealand. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for an HR professional with a couple of years' experience, aiming to broaden generalist HR expertise across a worldwide organisation.

You will partner with employees and managers on a broad range of people matters while contributing to HR initiatives, compliance and system improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar role.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employment legislation and HR best practice.

Mansioni

• Provide timely and practical HR advice and support to employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage HR enquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring a high standard of customer service and issue resolution.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee changes, performance matters and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract variations and HR documentation in line with policies and legislation.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
• Partner with managers on policy interpretation, employee relations matters and workplace concerns, escalating complex issues where required.
• Contribute to HR projects, compliance activities, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
