Job summary

Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor for a six-week contract to support a large workforce transition program. The role is hands-on, focusing on consultation, restructure, and redundancy activities, with administration, coordination and documentation duties across the project.

Ideal candidates will have prior HR advisory experience, exposure to consultations and employee relations, and strong organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires previous HR advisory experience on workforce transition programs.
• Experience with consultations, restructures and redundancy processes is essential.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous documentation handling.
• Ability to manage high volumes of documentation and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support consultation, restructure and redundancy processes.
• Prepare employee communications, consultation packs and documentation.
• Coordinate consultation meetings, schedules and action tracking.
• Provide practical support to leaders throughout the consultation process.
• Manage sensitive employee documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with project administration and organisational change activities.
