Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

You will partner with operational leaders to deliver proactive people support across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, engagement, and workforce planning. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to culture initiatives, and support performance and employee relations in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a commercial, complex environment.
• Capability across employee relations, talent, engagement and organisational development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Commercial thinking and ability to balance people outcomes with business requirements.
• Experience working with multiple HR systems and technology platforms.
• Collaborative and positive approach with a genuine interest in building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver proactive, commercially focused people support across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide support across talent management, succession planning, engagement, organisational development and workforce planning.
• Attend project locations, facilitate people initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on workforce matters.
• Contribute to engagement programs, culture activities and annual people processes.
• Support senior stakeholders and expand partnering capability within the team.
