Michael Page is recruiting an HR Generalist in Brisbane to provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will advise managers, handle employee relations matters, support recruitment, and partner with leaders to coach on people management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a generalist HR role.
• Experience advising on employee relations, performance, policies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees across a range of people-related matters.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance conversations, employee concerns, policy guidance, and workplace issues.
• Support recruitment activities from briefing through to onboarding new employees.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical advice and coaching on people management matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract variations, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee documentation is up to date.
• Assist with the review and update of HR policies, procedures, and templates.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support across HR initiatives and projects.
• Help coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and provide a responsive, solutions-focused HR service.
