CEVA Logistics in Hazelmere, WA is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate rail and linehaul freight movements, planning up to a week in advance and ensuring customer, operational and statutory requirements are met. You will collaborate with depots, providers and internal stakeholders, prepare manifests and schedules, and adjust plans as volumes change.

The role runs 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, with some flexibility.

Formación

Experience in a fleet planning or coordination role within transport.
Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple days ahead.
Ability to work with depots, providers, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Develop forward transport schedules for rail and linehaul freight, planning up to a week ahead.
Review forecasts, freight volumes and capacity to anticipate requirements.
Coordinate rail services and supporting transport activities to meet service and cost targets.
Analyse operational information to identify volume changes and constraints.
Prepare and distribute manifests and schedules.
Book additional capacity as needed and adjust plans for changing volumes.
Investigate service issues and coordinate practical solutions to minimise disruption.
Ensure movements comply with driver fatigue, load restraint and Chain of Responsibility rules.
Maintain accurate information within CEVA's Transport Management System.
