Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Orchard Hills is seeking a Fleet Supervisor for the Ground and Rail Transport Division. The role manages day-to-day planning of local and regional PUD operations, ensuring service commitments, safety, and efficient fleet use.

Offer includes a 12.5% unsociable hours allowance and a competitive base salary. The role operates Monday to Friday 2pm–10pm with opportunities for professional growth and development within CEVA’s global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in transport and logistics, including supervising transport drivers.
• Proven track record in team leadership and coaching.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian transport regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manifest, and oversee freight delivery to meet DIFOT targets and manage costs.
• Provide daily support and training to the Fleet Control team and manage local drivers.
• Ensure fleet operations comply with regulatory requirements including fatigue and load restraint standards.
• Resolve service and operational issues promptly; complete TMS processes accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with depot supervisors, fleet controllers, and subcontractors for smooth operations.
